Janice graduated from Post University in Waterbury, Connecticut and Columbia College in Columbia, South Carolina. Janice started her career with First Citizens Bank as a Sales Finance Analyst until her promotion to Sales Finance Operations Manager. She leverages her experience to ease any potential worries that clients may have. Janice encourages clients to focus on what they can control, like saving consistently, planning thoughtfully and staying disciplined, even during uncertain times.

In her free time, Janice makes the most of simple, meaningful moments with her family. She enjoys shooting pool with her husband and recharging in their backyard oasis outside of work.
